Flower Preservation Process
Make the flower from your special day last longer than just one day. Preserve your varmalas, kaleeras, choodas, accessories, bouquets and more. Here is the process for getting your flowers preserved by us. The entire process takes 2 to 4 weeks upon receiving your flowers.
Step 1: Select your design
We want to make sure that we're able to create something you like. Check out our catalog to see current available options. The flower drying process varies for certain pieces so we must finalize the pieces to make sure we have properly dried flowers for all your pieces. You can also let us know if you have any design preferences for layout. We are completely open other layouts that you prefer.
Step 2: Ship the flowers
Fill out our booking form and book once you know the event dates. We will try to accommodate to last minute bookings, but there are no guarantees.
Ship Overnight the flowers the date after the event for the best results. You will receive shipping instructions 3-5 days prior to your event.
If you wait for long the flowers will wilt and will be hard to manage also, the result will vary accordingly.
You are responsible for the shipping charges!
Step 3: Flower drying
Your flowers will be dried according to the pieces you’ve selected. This process takes up to 4 weeks.
Step 4: Creation Process
After drying the flowers, According to the selected design we will arrange your items and send a proof layout image for confirmation, Please confirm the layout within 24 hours and then we can start the process which takes upto 6-10 days(according to depth).
Things to know:

Not all flowers dry the same. Most will actually dry a shade darker compared to when it was fresh.

We preserve flowers in epoxy resin. Due to the nature of the material, resin will amber over time. We suggest to keep it away from direct sunlight to slow down the ambering.
Step 5: Heading back home
Your pieces will be packed securely and shipped back to you.
